Our Procedure & Approach
From a Spark of an Idea to a Strategic Blueprint
Our partnership began not with a list of features, but with a conversation. The initial idea for an AI chatbot was broad, so our first step was to facilitate a series of **discovery questionnaire, meetings** and **workshops** if needed. Together, we mapped the competitive landscape and user needs, quickly moving from a generic concept to a focused mission: creating a high-value AI sales assistant for businesses with complex products. This collaborative definition phase ensured we were all building towards the same clear, strategic goal.
Personalization
With a shared vision, we moved into rapid prototyping. We believe in making ideas tangible as fast as possible. Early user journey maps and interactive mockups allowed the client to see, feel, and validate the core experience long before any code was written. This process was vital, especially when initial feedback on the UI design wasn't hitting the mark. Instead of treating it as a setback, our agile process allowed us to embrace the feedback, perform a complete design revamp, and emerge with a solution that truly resonated with the target audience.

Throughout the six-month engagement, we operated in two-week sprints, each ending with a live demo. This created a rhythm of constant communication and transparency, giving the client a clear view of progress and the ability to make informed decisions along the way. Solution
Slice of Lime automatically ingests and “chunks” a client’s PDFs, Word docs, code repositories, and online articles, storing their embeddings in Pinecone for lightning-fast retrieval.
Its true power lies in its sophisticated AI orchestration. We leveraged a suite of best-in-class models, using different engines for specific tasks, such as, some for complex reasoning, others for fluid linguistics, including models from OpenAI and those turbocharged by Groq. This multi-model approach ensures the perfect balance of speed, accuracy, and conversational quality for every user query.
The platform is built entirely on a serverless Azure stack (Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, Auth0) to deliver sub-second performance, iron-clad security, and cost efficiency.
A key breakthrough feature is its real-time, voice-to-voice capability, allowing customers to have fluid, natural conversations as if they were speaking to a human expert. An intuitive admin dashboard wraps it all together with branding controls, flow customization, analytics insights, and Stripe-powered subscription management, empowering businesses to scale their conversational experiences.
