A device Built for Impact
The Nitish Pendant is an early warning system designed to enhance disaster management in Bihar's flood zones, delivering crucial alerts and weather updates. In its initial deployment, developed in close collaboration with the Bihar Government and IIT Patna, we engineered a rugged, easy-to-use device optimized for reliable communication using LTE (4G) networks. This version provides a robust and dependable foundation for timely disaster response in connected areas. The system is also designed with a strategic roadmap for future integration of advanced technologies, including LoRa, to extend its reach to ultra-remote areas with limited or no conventional network access.
